- Shipping & Delivery
- We kept this part real simple, I mean you don't want to invest time and go on on a night course to figure it all out. Just two price tariffs and hopefully you know which part of the world you live in which will make the choice somewhat easier.
UK
We charge or all UK orders. Orders will be delivered within 10 working days in a really nice packaged box. This box should fit through your letter box unless you have a tiny one to annoy the postmen. If so your order will go back to the nearest depot and you will be left with a cute note from the postman.
Rest Of The World
Fo the rest of the world we charge or postage and packaging. Orders should be delivered within 10 working days unless you live at the end of the world. Then it maybe a few days more. But it will definitely be on its way.
- Privacy & Security
- We take the Privacy of our customers very serious. Here are three things we do to make sure everything is locked down tight:
- 1. We store your personal information and no credit card information, this is only used by use, we don't sell it, we don't let other people market with it. That's a guarantee.
- 2. Security - we have a secure web site, you can tell this as when you are ordering all the information is sent over what is called HTTPS. This is a securely encrypted technology used by Banks. We have our website secured and certified by a third party called Go Daddy. These are a very big US provider who also provide security services for big blue chip vendors such as: Xerox and Lee Clothing.
- 3. Payments and Security - for our payments we have a Pay Pal Merchant account. This means that we use Pay Pal to handle our Credit, Debit and PayPal (obviously) account payments. In order for us to have a Pay Pal Merchant account we had to fill out a gezillion forms and prove who we are. They then take all the payments through their systems and we do not hold the information after transit to their systems. For those of you unaware of Pay Pal, they are owned by E-Bay and take the most online payments in the world.
- Returns & Replacements
Returns - We are always sad to hear that there is to be a refund but hey it has to happen occasionally. Maybe you had too much falling down water and bought the wrong gender top, we don't ask any questions but you do have to return it within 30 days of your card being debited and in good working order, if there is a an arm hole missing of something then we will be grumpy and may question your motives. If you send it back after 30 days then we will only provide you with a credit note to spend on a more appropriate T-Shirt.
Replacements - Every so often we send the wrong size or the wrong colour, whatever the problem, if there is one, send it straight back and we will send another one out with an apology letter and maybe even a little gift to say sorry. If you don't have a receipt because a friend or family member ordered it then please add their name and address on a piece of paper inside the returns package. And no you won't be charged for packaging. Ordinarily we will aim get your new T-Shirt out to you within 10 working days.
Refunds - If you re just not happy and either present it back to us within the 30 day period or are unable to have a replacement due to stock issues, we will refund you in full, this refund will go back to the original card that the order was purchased on..
- Ordering
- You can place an order any time of the day. We will confirm you order by an automated email and will then whizz into action to ensure that your order is sent out within 10 working days. It is often sooner but sometimes stocks run low and you might catch us napping in the disco. As soon as we have dispatched your order we will email you to confirm that. If you have not heard then please drop us an email and we will find out what the devil has gone wrong.
Your card is debited when the order is taken and not when it is dispatched, if there are any problems between order and dispatch we will inform you and if we are unable to resolve any issue then we will refund your card in full.
We accept the following cards for payment: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro (formerly Switch), Visa Delta (replaced by Visa Debit), Visa Electron, Solo and Switch (replaced by Maestro). There are logos displayed on the bottom of our homepage of all the cards we currently accept.
Please be aware of using Visa Electron. Some banks will not allow you to pay online via Visa Electron. This is nothing that we control, it is purely dependent on your bank.
If you want to order a T-Shirt as a present then you can choose to send the order to a different address. This will mean that the invoice will go to you and the produce recipient of the T-Shirt will get the order invoice free. Great for gifts.
At the moment we do not accept orders over the telephone, as soon as we have trained our team to speak nicely to the public we have to resort to email, but we are currently undergoing 'Nice Person' night classes and hope to have this option added soon.
You can order by Cheque, if you wish to do so, please send a cheque made out to Geek Trading Ltd and make sure you provide us with the following information:
- 1. Product Name
- 2. Size
- 3. Colour
- 4. Gender (Male / Female / Child)
- 5. Your Full Address including the Post Code
Make sure you add or the UK and or overseas orders onto the cost of the T-Shirt.

- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All of the Payments are through our Pay Pal Merchant Services. Pricing is of Adult T-Shirt and for Children's T-Shirts. Currently we have no promotional offers on, when we do we will email you - so make sure your on the mailing list, it's free and it gives you discounts - not half bad!
- Viewing Orders
- We recommend that you get an account set up for free when you order, this way you can log back in and check on your order status, see pas orders and you don't have to fill in all your details each time you order. A little pain for so much gain. It's better than weeding we promise.
- Canceling An Order
- If you have made an order and then decide you wish to cancel it you need to let us know within 48 hours of the order. We will then refund your card and cancel the order internally. To do this simply use our Contact Form on the web site.
If you have had a problem with ordering and you are not sure if the order was sent through correctly. You will have received an email with the confirmation of the order. Please check this email in the first instance. If it hasn't come through then it is likely that your order did not complete. If so, please send us an email using our Contact Form on the web site. We will then get back to you to confirm either way.
