Hello from Mimeo Clothing, thanks for taking the time out to have a look at our store and find out a bit more about us.

We are a small team of people working at designing the best retro fashion wear for the humble T-Shirt in the market. There are so many ways to present imagery now and at Mimeo we think that we have a good eye for this, generating something that is both original and familiar.

What does Mimeo stand for... well Mimeo is short for the 'mimeograph' which was a sort of early cross between a printing press and a photocopier from 1887. Providing the first non-digital replicated images that are not true printing and using Thomas Edison's patent of 1876. It's an inspiring moment in time and although it never full took off it certainly moved on this kind of technology very quickly.

At Mimeo today we love the reproduction and digital distressing of original drawn images. Re-working old, retro or outdated technologies and putting a contemporary spin on them.

Really we just like messing about with images and coming up with great ones that you will want to wear on your T-Shirt. The bit above was just us trying to intellectualise ourselves.

So we built this site, got some proper technology underneath it powering away. The website is totally secure, we use HTTPS encryption to ensure that everything is top notch safe and we also decided to use PayPal as our merchant provider. You can use credit and debit cards as well as you PayPal account just as normal.

We hope you buy from us and wear your T-Shirts with pride, it will make us very happy and keep us in outdated printing technology for a while longer
